I’m a UX designer with a background in branding, marketing, and business operations.

For six years, I helped grow a luxury brand in Singapore, where I led marketing strategy, built systems from scratch, and scaled team operations. That experience taught me how to balance the needs of both customers and colleagues with business goals, and how powerful storytelling and structure can be when used together.

I’m naturally curious and always asking “why” or “how can we make this better?” I enjoy digging into user behaviour, spotting inefficiencies, and turning those insights into practical solutions. Whether it’s a product, process, or brand, I love building things that work better for the people who use them and the teams behind them.
